CHAMBER MISSION STATEMENT

Cando Area Chamber of Commerce Mission Statement

The mission of the Cando Area Chamber of Commerce is to represent the interests of membership businesses, individuals, and families by promoting and enhancing Cando and the surrounding area.

1. The Chamber sponsors events throughout the calendar year designed to encourage residents and visitors to shop locally, thereby stimulating economic growth.
2. The Chamber publicizes existing businesses and welcomes new businesses.
3. The Chamber is concerned with continuing education and communication. This is accomplished by regular meetings and newsletters.
4. The Chamber may act as a collective voice for the membership in lobbying efforts with other organizations or government.
